Shipping & Returns

We ship with USPS Priority mail. Please allow 3-5 days for packaging time. We will send you an e-mail with tracking information once your order has shipped.

All orders ship with complimentary heat packs from November-March.

We do not accept buyers remorse returns as shipping live plants is stressful on the plant but if there’s an issue with your order, please send us a photo within 3 days of receiving your order!
